职责：

1. Leading a team of high end consultants in business and technology domains with deliverables such as:-
· Key interface with customer CXO levels in promoting Huawei’s services
· Identify areas where customers can benefit from Huawei’s high quality consultancy services in business and technology
· Understand and analyze Customers’ business, network and technology needs and challenges; and recommend appropriate strategy and/or solutions.
· Engage the customer in developing and delivering solutions catering current and long term business goals.
· Provide network consultancy services including market assessment, competitor analysis, network assessment and planning, benchmarking, opportunity identification and solution proposal to global/regional telecommunication operators with aim, that Customers achieves their business goals.
· Work with other product specialists/experts in the Company to ensure the solution recommendations are comprehensive, aligned and can contribute to the Customer’s business success.
· Keep abreast of the telecom trend & development, and conduct necessary data research & analysis.
· Conduct customer workshops, summits, and take part in international ICT events to promote Huawei’s brand name.
2. Analyze of MBB trend and customers requirement, instruct the team to developing and delivering right consultancy services.
3. Instrumental in shaping our future business, facilitate our R&D, product departments to develop products and services for our customers today’s and upcoming requirements
4. Provide consultancy service to strategy operators in global area.
5. Engage with CXO level of key operators and find more project opportunities.

要求：

1. Academic qualifications - Engineering degree or similar;
2.·Over 15 years experience in the industry, of which more than 5 years working in mobile telecommunications consultancy including end to end network assessment, network planning, developing, working for major consultancy company, operator or vendor;
3. Proven track record in network consultancy and able to deliver high quality consultancy service to mobile operators;
4. Customer facing experience at C level, ability to facilitate areas of CMO, CTO, CFO and CEO;
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to enhance relationship with the Customer;
6. Broad knowledge of the mobile operator business, including marketing and tariff plans and its relationship with network and service strategies;
7. Based in Shenzhen/China and can travel to global regions from one third to half time.
