Responsibilities:

l Create material reports and Certificate of Compliance as required by customers.

l Response to customer material enquiries based on research in material database.

l Collect Document of Conformity or Certificate of Compliance from material and component manufacturers

l Support the completion and maintenance of Material Compliance Central (MCC) database.

l Work with mechanical engineering to complete material declaration requirements for custom mechanical components.

l Assists implementation of plans to ensure continue compliance of product due to change in legislations. This includes but not limits to: EU RoHS exemption expiration, EU RoHS recast, EU REACH, China RoHS, US SEC conflict metals reporting.

l Works with component engineering, quality assurance, supply chain and members of environmental compliance committee to ensure environmental compliance of all material and component procured.

l Conducts environmental compliance audit for sites and suppliers.

Job Requirement:

l Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, mechanical engineering, material engineering or other relevant discipline.

l 2+ years of experience in component and/or compliance engineering in electronic industry.

l Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.

l Knowledge of engineering material and basic component construction

l Good command of both written and oral English.

l Good command in conversation and written English is required

l Proficient of Cantonese is a plus
