ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

The client is a German company of agricultural field.
Salary:

Kashgar
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Helping the service inspector in his/her field of responsibility
+ Providing manual dealer support for repairs, assemblies, machine transfers, etc.
+ Familiarizing end customers with companies products
+ Providing support during the harvesting period, inspecting machines during harvesting
+ Informing customers of maintenance and adjustment instructions
+ Carrying out training tasks
+ Supporting marketing campaigns
+ Processing message and reports for the service inspector
+ Repairing gear assemblies and engines
+ Executing special inspections
+ Willingness to go on frequent national business trips
+ Others as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Engineering background
+ 2 to 3 years with modern western agricultural engineering in a service technician role or related
+ Knowledge of modern western agricultural engineering
+ Driving license and experience in car driving
+ Chinese native speaker
+ at least basic English, reading and writing
+ Willingness to travel frequently mainly within western China, however at times also meeting customers in other provinces of China if needed
+ Willing to be based in Beijing for the first year and in home office in Xinjiang after that
