德资汽车工业服务公司，为客户提供全方位的专业技术服务，诚招Facility Manager，如下：

职位JD

1. Responsible to set up overall good relationship with the client and ensure the service be aligned with the goal.
2. Develop site facility service process, and execute the maintenance work timely and accurately.
3. Arrange the team work and ensure maintenance plan be performed effectively and client's service request be responded timely, Responsible to develop emergency
4. Responses plan and ensure emergency be handle effectively.
5. Control the operation cost and expense within the budget to ensure a good financial performance.
6. Oversee the utility consumption, including but not limited to water, electricity, natural gas, and provide monthly report.
7. Manage the subcontractor within the contract, and ensure their performance fulfill the service requirement.
8. Develop the training plan for the subordinate, and improve the staff skill and service attitude.
9. Keep close communication with the client and representative, and exceed the client’s expectation.
10. Lead the team to fully comply with EHS policy of the client and the company."

要求：
1、College above, major in mechanical, electrical, HVAC or other related engineering discipline
2、Above 8 years working experience, with at least 2 years people management experience.
3、Good English oral and written skill, familiar with Microsoft Office software.
4、Excellent leadership and management skill
