工作描述

1.To attend all trainings conducted by the ELFA English Head of Curriculum or appointed trainers and thereby implement lessons and activities according to the stipulated methods and philosophy of ELFA
参加爱儿坊英文教学总监或指定培训师做的所有培训，以便将爱儿坊的教育哲学与教学方法融合到日常课程活动中去。

2.To teach with dedication and affection and so encourage children to speak English
以热忱与激情，致力于鼓励孩子开口讲英语。

3.To safe guard all ELFA proprietary resources, manuals and materials; including training notes, CDs, soft copies of songs and all others not mentioned, but belonging to ELFA Shanghai Management and Crestar Education Group. These are not to be used outside or taken out of the ELFA preschools.
正确使用爱儿坊所有的资源、课程大纲和材料，包括培训笔记、CD、儿歌材料以及属于爱儿坊中国与科思达的其他材料，确保资料不外泄。

4.To be prepared at any time for his/her class to be observed and have Quality Checks conducted by Principal, English Program Coordinator, Head of Curriculum, government officials or any other appointed personnel.
随时随地配合园长、英文课程协调员、课程总监、当地政府人士的年检或观摩。

5.To work together with the Chinese teacher and care-providers in the class, the Principal and staff in the ELFA Preschool to form a very integrated team.
与华文老师、保育员、园长以及其他员工密切合作，组成一个团结的队伍。

6.To conduct himself/herself in a manner that will follow the core values, philosophy and strengthen the name of ELFA to the parents and to the general public.
具备良好的品行，遵循爱儿坊的核心价值观、企业文化，并将爱儿坊的形象传播到家长与大众中。


Job requirements
岗位要求

1. A native speaker of the English Language with no heavy accent from other languages/dialects.
母语为英语且不带有口音者。

2. A candidate with relevant experience in early childhood care and education preferably with at least 1 year experience in teaching young children.
有幼教领域的相关经历，有一年以上幼儿教学经验者更优。

3. A candidate with relevant early childhood education degree to enable the processing of a valid working permit to work in China.
有幼教领域的相关教育背景，便于申请中国的工作准证。

4. A candidate with basic knowledge of Chinese is highly preferred.
有基本汉语能力者优先。

ELFA (Shanghai) Management Consultancy Co., Ltd provides consultancy to “ELFA Preschool”, a unit of Singapore-based Crestar Education Group. “ELFA Preschool” provides quality care and educational service for children aged from 2 months to 6 years and is committed to nurture children and prepare them for the challenges of formal schooling within a conducive learning environment and effective programs conducted by dedicated and qualified early childhood educators.
