Responsiblities:
?Proactive/on demand procurement marketing/technology surveys in/of the region
?Accessibility to procurement markets
?Identification of potential cost savings and boost of ongoing cost saving projects
?Supplier identification (incl. potential analysis, audits etc.)
?Supplier development (during sampling process)
?Carry out of initial visits (potential new suppliers), tool and part discussion, system and process audits, potential analysis, creation of test plans with the suppliers, introduce the measurement method and measurement equipment capability etc.
?Provide qualified suppliers and parts (M1, M2 etc.)
?Support to Commodity Managers and all Festo purchasing units esp. for cost saving potentials and projects
?Co-partnership with e.g. Festo purchasing units, commodity managers, senior buyers etc.
?Time to time visits to HQ and the relevant GPCs for co-ordination

Requirements:
?University degree in mechanical engineering
?Min. 8 years of professional sourcing/purchasing experience
?Very good knowledge in supplier development
?Process know-how
?High quality know how/awareness
?Strong ability to work independently
?Team player
?Very good communication skills esp. in an international content
?Mother language is Chinese, very good English skills
