3年以上C#开发和测试经验

本科以上学历



技能要求：

熟悉Windows或Web环境下的相关测试

设计和编写测试计划和各种各样的测试，包括功能，性能，回归手动测试案例，和操作弹性。做过数据质量检测。

熟悉SQL语言以及数据库相关的业务应用

熟悉自动化及性能测试工具

能够用C#书写一些测试代码或脚本

良好的沟通、讲台陈述以及解决问题的能力

熟悉bug管理工具如Bugzilla等

熟悉金融或证劵相关行业知识者优先

具备良好的英语听说读写能力



Enterprise Information Quality Assurance team provides functional quality assurance for the DataScope family of software products.



Team members are responsible for:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Understanding product functionality, data content, and system architecture of the product being tested.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Understanding the customer and how the product will be used by that customer.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Designing and writing test plans and manual test cases for a wide variety of tests including functional, performance, regression, and operational resiliency. May be asked to do some data quality testing.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Executing defined testing scope within an established testing window.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Tracking and managing defects.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Reporting on testing status and results.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Understanding new technology and testing methods and being able to integrate those to benefit the team and our projects.



Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in financial markets and has the ability to understand and anticipate our customer needs. This individual should have experience in software engineering particularly the field of quality assurance.

Qualities of an Ideal Candidate:



<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->3+ years of proven experience testing commercial software relates to financial markets and or the financial information industry.

Strong knowledge and experience applying QA best practices, techniques and tools.
Familiar with Agile software development is a plus.
Experience in writing test plans, test cases and test matrixes.
Strong attention to the level of detail required in test cases and defect reports.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->§ <!--[endif]-->Proven ability to work both as an individual and in groups in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

Familiarity with financial industry software.
Knowledge of software engineering practices & best practices for software development life cycle.
Ability to work with and analyze business requirements.
Identify, analyze and document defects or inconsistencies in application functionality, user interface, output and performance.
Must be a strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
Familiarity with databases particularly Sybase and Oracle. Ability to understand schemas and write basic queries using SQL.
Experience handling testing process through HP Quality Centre.
