Eaton Electrical now has an opening for Segment & EPC/MNC Sales Manager - Assembly located at Shanghai or Beijing, China.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Leverage resources to drive our business growth of EPC/MNC customers
2)Lead segment strategic growth of Assembly focused industries
3) Business intelligence: data acquisition and analysis of market & competition dynamics
4) Turn key solution projects including general contractors for oversea Chinese markets as well
5) Build preferred partnership relationships with national accounts of EPC & MNC to create substantial increases in sales
6) Develop EPC & MNC customers to insure successful partner development and activity
7) Develop and executes an effective monthly and quarterly prospecting plan
8) Visit EPC & MNC customer & end user to promote our products in the target market
9) Accurately produces weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
10) Gather data on market trends, competitors, competitive products and pricing and reports regularly to the management
1) Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering or relevant field is prefer;
2) At least 5 years sales experience in electrical field. Solid experience in maintaining global strategy account and Chinese EPC (exports);
3) Good business sense and can find good business opportunity at national wide;
4) Good attitude, clear thinker, optimistic, diligence, team worker;
5) Solid leadership skill and management experience;
6) Fluent in written and spoken English;
7) Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs as Excel, Word, Power Point;
8) Strong segment insight, strategy marketing experience is prefer;
9) Solid Business intelligence experience and competition knowledge is preferred.
