The Country Controller Production is supporting the Country Manager Production in maintaining a sustainable platform that enables H&M business development in their market. You will also be responsible for providing a short and long-term macro-economic analysis and prognosis of the region.


Main Responsibilities

?Together with the Country Manager Production, summarize and evaluate regional macro-economic and sustainability KPIs, as well as HR and operational efficiency on a seasonal and annual basis
?Foresee and evaluate macro-economic and sustainability development in the country and help business teams to moderate strategies to minimize risk
?Based on the annual summary and evaluation of the region’s potential; work closely with the Country Manager Production and set office goals supporting the short and long-term business needs
?Set an action plan collaborating with other stakeholders in the region supporting H&M business needs in a sustainable way and securing a long-term development in the country
?Support the Country Manager Production in promoting H&Ms business interests in a
sustainable way and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders about current situation, potential opportunities and threats ahead
?Actively take part in in the global controlling function to develop best practices and improve controlling methods and tools
?Drive and create “one team feeling” and united work environment
?Support Business Controllers Supply Chain in motivating and driving teams towards their goals; respecting H&Ms values, Code of Ethics, CSR requirements and standards
?Together with the Global Product Controller, support and secure Business Controller
succession plan. Partner with local/global HR to find the most successful recruitment methods
?Drive operational efficiency by supporting the Country Manager Production in setting and managing the budget for the country organization, general office costs and country specific costs


Education, Experience and skills

?Masters degree in International Business, Politics/Law, Business Administration or similar
?Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
?Experience of studying/working in a foreign country minimum 2 years
?Strong knowledge of working with macro-economic analysis and business management
?Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as excel
?Strong leadership skills and solid H&M values
?Excellent written and spoken English
