Objective：
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the service delivery of a designated area of Guarding Services and supporting Operations Director to build up company operations system.

Accountabilities：
? Support the Operations Director to achieve the annual budget of Guarding Services and other company business objectives.
? Offer cost-effective solutions to customers’ security needs.
? Foster good relations both with customers and other departments within the company and departments within the Group and other businesses.
? Lead site security team to ensure the quality of work to meet customer expectation and G4S standard and achieve satisfactory levels of productivity, efficiency and effective results.
? Support Operations Director to build up company operations system based on G4S Way Standards.
? Maximize retention of staff.
? Meet with customers regularly with a view to improve the service quality to ensure delivery of high quality services to customers.
? Plan and organize the recruitment and deployment of manpower.
? Supervise the operational, welfare and administrative activities of his operational staffs by monitoring individual performance.
? Ensure all staff are familiar with the post standing orders and a high standard of discipline.
? Lead all Operations staff under his command to achieve the operational management objectives of his or her post.
? Conduct site inspections for tenders’ process if required and offer security knowledge for risk management during the visit.
? Train and develop Operations Officers and Site security personnel.
? Promote health and safety. Provide support for effectively assessing and controlling risk in the workplace.
? Any other tasks directed by the Operations Director.

Key Result Areas：
Strictly Implement Operations Procedures and meet G4S Group Minimum Standards.
Build and improve operations capabilities within the ZJ company.
Good relationship with customers.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience：
Bachelor degree or above.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in service industry with at least 2 years at manager/supervisor levels. Security industry or discipline force experience preferred.
Driving license is a must.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Good communication and influencing skill.
Good organization skill.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Good team leader and team player.
Integrity and self-disciplined.
Details oriented.
Stable and can work under pressure.
Fluency in both oral and written English.
Good command of MS word, excel and PPT.
