Objective：
1) To coordinate training needs, develop training materials/courses, deliver & assess training courses, up to management levels.
2) To support Operations Director in building up operations training system.

Accountabilities：
? To develop and implement training plans based on the survey of organization training needs
? To develop & deliver training courses to meet internal/external clients’ current and potential needs ;
? To deliver course materials to the standard and in the way specified in the service contract;
? To develop teaching materials & aids such as multimedia, VCDs and ‘mock-ups’ for practical training;
? To play an active part in developing the company policy and in enhancing individual awareness and responsibilities in these matters as required;
? To ensure the correct working of all teaching aids and equipment;
? To develop and deliver TTT(train-the-trainer) training in business;
? To assist the Operations Director in the enforcement of discipline;
? To handle other training-related matters

Key Result Areas
？ To make sure the company staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for them to carry out their tasks.
？ To get the operations training system in place and meet G4S Way Standards.


Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
？ College or above.
？ At least 5 years training experience.
？ Experience in Security Industry or Discipline force preferred.
？ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
？ Good communication and influencing skills.
？ Good organization skills.
？ Willing to travel frequently to different locations to deliver trainings China wide.
？ Fluency in both written and oral English.
？ Good command of MS word, excel and PPT.
