Objective :
The Senior Sales Manager is accountable for the sales of G4S Zhejiang company services, mainly MSS (Manned-guarding Security Solutions) services. With the support of operations team, the role is responsible for sales activities including bidding/quotation/proposal preparation, and sales opportunities building up.

Accountabilities:
To achieve sales targets by proactively and aggressively approaching potential customers in targeted segments.
To lead, motivate and monitor sales staffs in order to build an aggressive and competent sales team.
To act as International Account Division(IAD)/Global Account China Point of Contact, and facilitate the completion of global Request for Information (RFI)/ Request for Proposal (RFP) by liaising with relevant departments.
To develop sales opportunities by meeting potential customers to introduce the services of G4S ZJ company.
To assist the General Manager in gathering and consolidating market and competitor monitoring database, and update the database regularly.
To support the GM and ZJ company operation to build relationships with both internal management and external resources, as directed.
To assist the General Manager in building sales and marketing strategies and annual sales plan.

Key Result Areas:
Meet sales revenue target defined by the Company
Keep the new business GP rate at a healthy level per the requirement of the Company

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
College or University education or higher
Major in business management or sales & marketing is preferred.
At least 5 years experience in sales function including 2 years’ sales experience in services industries. A background with manned-guarding security services or facilities management is highly preferred.
Resourceful in customer relationship, and innovative in selling
Highly accountable, bondable and aggressive
Good leadership skill and interpersonal skill
Customer focus and service oriented
Good knowledge of common office software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT
Fluency in spoken and written English
