Responsibility：

1、Support the Compliance Manager in embedding the internal Control Framework of FrieslandCampina in the local organization. These activities are (not limitative):

1) Ensure all procedures / processes are available with the required internal control activities

2) Assess if processes are ICF compliant

3) Execute the ICF required activities (self-assessments, Sod monitoring, ..)

4) Report conform ICF requirements.

2、Participate in the distributor audits, draft feedback / improvement reports & periodically check on progress.

3、Participate in vendor audits, draft feedback / improvement reports & periodically check on progress.

4、Participate in (internal) investigations on potential non-compliant situations of all applicable regulations / policies of the company.

Knowledge：

1、Master degree

2、At least 3 years of experience in compliance

3、Preferably worked for an international audit company (KPMG, E&Y, …) in the area of compliance.

4、Good command of English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing)
