JOB TITLE: QA supervisor

JOB LOCATION: TJ site

DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

The role of this position is to support Go To Market QA managers to ensure compliance of Unilever quality policy and Consumer safety policy in Supplier Management Assurance.

- Ensure quality policy compliance supplier related;

- Monitor annual suppliers audit process (RM/PM) and be accountable for implementing audits and corrective action and quality of auditors;

- Coordinating new supplier selection audit process (RM/PM) to support business needs, implement audit plan for new supplier selection with SM;

- Co-work with SM/RD for supplier technical agreement with New supplier;

- Own the Unilever supplier database and lead quality improvement project;

- Co-work with SM on SPMP ( Supplier performance management process);

- Quality KPI scorecard & central reporting preparation.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degrees or above of food science/ engineering, microbiology, chemistry or other related majors;

- At least 5 years QA working experience in Food or HPC;

- Quality management system;

- Problem solving skill & able to deliver accurate data;

- Good communication skill;

- Good English skill in both oral/writing;

- Excellent data analytical skill, including Exceldatabase processing skill;

- Great sense of responsibility and accountability
