Responsibilities
- Conduct Extensive Factory Audit based on ISO/TS16949, and Social Audit based on SA8000
- Provide on-site training to the inspectors
- Evaluate the performance of the inspectors
- Escort the client at the factory, and relay client’s instructions to the inspectors
- Perform the inspections when necessary
- Other jobs assigned by the managers

Requirements
- College degree or above.
- Fluency in English: both oral and written
- Proactive and positive attitude to manage a team of inspectors.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Quality Control/Quality Assurance industry.
- Good knowledge of international quality standards and SAFETY norms
- Good product knowledge and manufacturing techniques
- Familiar with quality and environment management, with ISO9000,TS16949 and SA8000 Auditor certificate preferred
- Honest, Independent, Well-organized, Hardworking, Strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a third party inspection company will be a great advantage
