工作地点：南京六合化工园区

主要职责:

• Participate plant commissioning and start–up.

参与工厂试车和开车

• Ensure plant running with high level of EHSS

保证工厂在符合安全、健康和环保要求下进行正常生产活动

• Responsible for process control of production lines by SOPs to ensure the products quality to meet customers’ requirements.

根据操作规程控制生产工艺，确保产品质量满足客户要求

• Monitor and solve the operation problem

监控和处理操作问题.

• Sampling of raw materials, intermediate products and products, cooperate with Lab for sample analysis issue.

负责原料及产品采样并协调分析室做好样品检验工作

• Cooperate with warehouse keeper for receiving of raw materials, packing and delivering of products.

与库房管理人员协作完成原料接收和产品灌装和发货工作

• Prepare daily shift report; make sure all production records are filled as required.

填写交接班记录，确保所有生产记录满足要求

• Ensure 5S standards are maintained.

做好现场5S工作

• Coordinate maintenance department for the routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities of plant facility.

协调维修部门做好维修工作

• Participate the investigation of quality, safety incidents and customer complaint, and implement the action plan.

参与质量、安全事故和客户投诉调查，完善改进计划

• Other miscellaneous tasks arranged by shift leader.

岗位要求：

• Technical secondary School or Higher; Fresh graduates or years of work experience in chemical plants will be prefer.

中专或以上学历。应届毕业生即可。有多年化工厂操作经验者优先。

• Familiar with basic chemical reactions, chemical industrial theory and chemical unit operation.

熟悉基本的化学反应、化工理论、化工单元操作

• Good safety knowledge, such as firefighting, chemical handling, work permits and hazards in chemical plant.

良好的安全意识如化工厂消防、化学品处理、工作许可证等

• Familiar with P&I Ds, DCS and common chemical equipment knowledge.

熟悉 P&I D、DCS和基本化工设备

• Ability to read English operation instructions.

能读英文操作

• Working initiatively with result oriented and teamwork spirit is the minimum.

工作主动并有良好的团队协作精神

• Possibility to attend shift work

愿意倒班工作

• Experience in polymer production

有聚合物生产经验者优先

• Hold related operation certificates for forklift, hoist, pressured vessel and electrical lift.

持有相关操作证件如叉车证、电动葫芦操作证、压力容器操作证、电梯操作证等优先
