Training Specialist

Job Description:
1． Support (initiate/ implement) talent development activities for all employee groups, such as leadership development program, mentoring, talent review, talent pipe line build up etc.
2． (Support to) identify and collect the organizational needs related to talent development, and transfer to organization and talent development plan.
3． Follow up and assess the effectiveness of training/ development activities, continuous optimize and refine the programs based on the assessment results.
4． Optimize training programs to meet business development needs. Including training needs survey, trainers’ development, work with training partners on training course design, effectiveness check etc.
5． Other administrative work and operations to support the organization and development function.
Requirement:
1. University degree with major in Arts, Language studies, Human Resources, Business Administration or related
2. Good communication and presentation skill
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English
4. Proactive, Mature, accountable and Smart
5. Willing to take challenge and develop on challenges, self-motivated
6. Fluent English skills and Excellent communication skills is required
7. Good team spirit
