6. Major Responsibilities
Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment policies.

Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers.

Handle all customers enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner e.g. cross-referencing, order status, delivery, promotions

Prepare all kinds customers reports timely

Sales team support

Maintain customer service database

Coordinate & work with distributors, TRW sales team and logistic team to achieve desired service level.

Support sales team in promotion program and marketing activities

Receive and handle customers' complaints.

7. Key Competencies
College degree or above.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in multinational enterprise, in auto industry is preferable

Good Microsoft Office knowledge; Excel is a must

Good command of English in speaking, writing, reading and listening

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Initiative & good team player

Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive

Be able to work in a fast- paced, heavy pressure environment.
