Position: Quality Engineer

Job Description:

Position will be a key enabler for successful ramp of TI Chengdu FAB (CFAB) by establishing, implementing and maintaining CFAB quality infrastructure. Position will work with CFAB Engineering branches and Quality Engineers in other factories, Business Units, and A/T sites to maintain high level of quality in products fabricated in CFAB.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Implement programs and methodologies for assuring high quality level in products delivered by CFAB;
2.Work with CFAB Engineering branches to successfully qualify and ramp new technologies and products on time;
3.Ensure solid quality specification systems and support applications are implemented in CFAB;
4.Collaborate with Business Units, and A/T sites on resolving quality problems within TI or from external customers;
5.Support in preparing for and executing internal, external and customer audits.

Requirements:
1.2015 graduates, bachelor and above, major in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Micro Electronic, Materials Science and Engineering or related;
2.Passionate and strong ownership;
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
4.Self-motivated.

质量工程师

职位描述：

通过建立，执行和维持成都厂的质量体系和系统达到对半导体晶圆生产的质量管控。同时，质量工程师是一个需要多方位沟通和协调的职位，包含和工程部门以及德州仪器内部的业务部门，封装测试厂或其他工厂。

职位职责：
1.贯彻和执行质量标准和方法保证晶圆生产的高质量；
2.与工程部门合作确保新产品的验证和量产的准确和准时；
3.产品和制程质量的持续改善；
4.与业务部门，封装测试或其他工厂合作解决德州仪器内部或者客户端的质量问题；
5.应对来自外部或者内部的质量审核。

职位：
1.2015年毕业生，本科及以上学历，微电子，物理，材料或相关专业；
2.具有工作热情和强烈的责任感；
3.极强的沟通能力；
4.自我激励。
