Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Outline all commercial terms with brands and execute according to plan
§ Constantly monitors performance of managed brands/products to ensure it meets company objectives.
§ Ensures effective administration of brands/products through marketing proposals, logistics monitoring, assortment management, coordination for training, advertising, PR, CRM, e-commerce...
§ Manage brands' assortment (listing + discontinuation) and all logistics negotiations and process involved.
§ Liaise and co-operate with brands in technical support, fixtures and product placement in stores
§ Identifies new business opportunities for new products, re-launches, packaging changes, range extensions, and proposes initial plans to exploit these opportunities.
§ Prepare brand marketing plans to ensure that the brand in Sephora is in tune with market opportunities.
§ Negotiate with the brand on animation plans and terms.
§ Coordinate Sephora Support Dpt to undertake above and below the line actions to develop the brands
§ Contributes to creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities.
§ Controls expenditures within budget for new product development and promotions
§ Conduct market research to identify new business developments and trends as well as competitor activity.
Qualifications:
§ At least Bachelor degree, MBA and overseas background is preferred
§ 2- 3 years management experience
§ At least above 5 years' related experience in buying, merging acquisition field, work experience in cosmetics, FMCG industry is highly recommended
§ Excellent negotiation/communication/Organization skill
§ Good executor but can take the lead
§ Good team worker
§ Proficient in PC skills
§ Acuminous marketing perspectives
