岗位描述:
在区域运营部长的领导下,主要负责制定和实施新梯市场战略及活动计划、新梯管理数据及跟踪系统等,进一步加强对销售活动的系统跟进和管理水平的提升。通过加强对新梯销售的管理和大客户的开发和管理,达到新梯销售的台数、市场份额和利润率的增长,以实现区域新梯业务具挑战性的目标。
Position Specification:
With the leadership of the Zone Operation Director, monitor & assist in the NE target fulfillment, develop the defined key accounts in Zone. Manage the relationships with those key accounts, agents, and distributors. This position will be responsible for defining, looking for the opportunities to develop the NE market with branches and contact with government.
工作内容:
1、 各分公司大项目销售管理和支持,通过加强对新梯销售的管理和大客户的开发和管理,保持与大客户之间的关系;
2、 区域订单预测管理和跟踪,制定区域新梯销售战略和行动计划;
3、 区域各分公司经销、代理商发展和支持;
4、 各分公司高速电梯(3.0M/S以上)销售管理和支持;
5、 负责分公司贯彻实施奥的斯的环境、健康、安全政策和法规、公司的环境健康安全规程,以及当地的安全政策和法规,积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动,把安全工作融入销售、安装、维修工作中。
Basic Accountabilities:
1 Manage and support the major project sale for each branch. Maintain current NE accounts & market with branches’ sales forces.
2 Forecast and follow up the booking of zone, develop the strategies and other action plans for NE sales team in zone.
3 Develop and support the agents of each branch in zone.
4 Manage and support the high-rise elevator (above 3.0 m/s) sale for each branch.
5 Implement Otis’s EHS procedure and local safety policy of branch, support and participate the activity of EH&S. Integrate safety in daily work of sales, installation and service.
资质要求:
1. 学历:机电工程类专业大学及以上学历。
2. 工作经验:五年以上工作管理经验。
3. 语言能力:熟练的英语运用能力。
4. 计算机水平:能熟练操作电脑。
5. 其它主要资质:有较强的人际交往能力,沟通和谈判能力。
Qualification Requirement:
? Education: college and above major in Machinery or Electrical
? Experience: at least 5 years sales experience
? Language: read and write in English
? Computer skills: skillful in Microsoft office operation
? Other Key competencies: excellent communication and persuading skill
