Wuhu Warehouse Manager (Automotive Spare parts) -a global logistics company

Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the warehouse operation management in Wuhu to be sure the smooth and effective operation implementing which can be match our customer KPIs target and achieve our company budget and profit target.
- In Charge of the project operation to be sure performance all tasks very well; and also submit the application of manpower and interview and training base on the project requirements
- Along with our company policy to set up the necessary working performance system and provide the monthly report to Shanghai operation manager
- Responsible for the relationship maintenance of contractual to be sure the smooth service implement via the regularly review meeting & communication, thus, to further extend the new requirement from customer.
- Report should be provided by monthly including:
* Billing List, KPIs, P & L List (bas on project & average the production value), staff productivity, accidents & claim reporting.
* The management report of outsourcing warehouse project inc as: customer billing & subcontractor settlement list, monthly warehouse p & l list, accident & claim report, settlement & payment report and the potential risk control & analysis.

Key Requirements:
- Good English spoken skill and writing
- More than 5+ years warehouse operation management experience,
- Good knowledge of Automotive Spare parts logistics
- Good knowledge of WMS system
- Good business sense
- Bachelor degree or above
- Matured professional with positive attitude
- Pro-active, with a high energy level and high degree of common sense and resourcefulness.
- Experienced and ability to work under multi-cultural and high pressure working environment
