Responsibilities:

2 Maintain HRO (HR Outsourcing) system, including adjustment of social insurance, accumulation fund base and update the database.

2 Customized setting up on city’s policies changes for each project in HRO System.

2 Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information in HRO System.

2 Assist in handling client’s monthly payroll for locals and expatriates from clients

2 Administer salary data in accordance with internal policies, procedures and government requirements

2 Partner with Payroll Specialist on salary payment, tax declaring,.

2 Administer insurance benefits in HRO system for local and non-Chinese staff

2 Update personnel data to e-HR system, including new hires, departures and status changes

Requirements:

2 Bachelor degree in HR or related field

2 At least 3 years of working experience, Knowledge of C&B practices for expatriates and Chinese Nationals, and Labor Law is prefer

2 At least 1 year experience of HR-ERP/SAP system using and maintenance

2 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English) ,English CET 6

2 Good analytical skills, particularly with figure-base data

2 Quick response and fast learning skill

2 Ability to work with maintain confidential information and independently
