Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling client’s monthly payroll for locals and expatriates from clients

2. Administers salary data in accordance with internal policies, procedures and government requirements

3. Partner with Payroll Specialist on the local tax accountant to insure that payroll taxes are made in a timely basis in the appropriate local jurisdiction.

4. Makes monthly allowance payments in compliance with corporate policy and insures that adequate tax documentation is submitted to payroll department for retention.

5. Prepares and issues a monthly allowance statement to all expatriate staff.

6. Maintain, update and document employee benefits program for both local and expatriate staff. Responsible for reimbursement form collection, registration, and distribution.

7. Provide assistance to expatriate employees with reimbursement and tracking.

8. Understand and assist employees with banking issues

9. Handle employees’ personal files and the handling of social welfare issues; medical reimbursement etc,

10. Administers insurance benefits for local and non-Chinese staff

11. Provide backup assistance to Payroll Specialist

12. Update personnel data to e-HR system, including new hires, departures and status changes



Requirements:

1. Over 2 years of working experience in C&B

2. Bachelor degree in HR or related field

3. Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices for expatriates and Chinese Nationals

4. Knowledge of HR and/or compensation and Benefits Theories

5. Knowledge of Labor Law

6. Knowledge of compensation and benefits management tools

7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English) ,English CET 6

8. Strong organizational skills, creative problem solver, self-motivated, and detailed oriented

9. Good analytical skills, particularly with figure-base data

10. Ability to work with maintain confidential information and independently

11. Able to interact with all levels of organization
