职位描述
Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited To:
? Prepare management accounts reports for the local entity based on PRC GAAP and IFRS, and in accordance to the owner’s requirements and provide necessary variance analysis
? Conduct cash flow management, forecast, report and analysis
? General Ledger maintenance through journal entry into the Accounting System Responsible for AP, AR, GL and fixed assets process
? Financial planning and control as well as providing day to day support to the project
? Develop, implement and review accounting procedures and work flow
? Perform cost control and inventory control function
? Responsible for general accounting administration such as financial reporting, monthly closing and inventory accounting
? Ensure all on site finance staff and the third party service providers are properly and efficiently managed.
? To oversee capital requirements from and distributions to the Fund, following assessment of current and forecast cash flow and service charge/irrecoverable expenditure fund requirement
? Preparation of quarterly re-forecast and annual budget
? Preparation of monthly financial report
? Review all payment applications, bills, receipts and vouchers
? Liaise with head office, professional advisors, banks, auditors, local government departments and tax authorities
? Manage tax administration and submission for Owner and handle foreign exchange transactions. Ensure all tobecompliant with all laws and regulations
? Preparation of annual audited statements
? Perform other tasks as assigned
Education/Experience:
? Minimum of 8 years experience in property finance management/international accounting firm ideally gained in China
? Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or Business administrationor other related discipline
? Qualified accountant
? Must have strong post qualified experience including financial reporting and leading financial reporting systems
? Team management experience essential
? Familiar with local tax policy
? Advanced Excel skills
? Property industry experience preferable
