SUMMARY:
Provide Project Management with timely and effective planning, cost control and progress reporting, financial interface related duties

Essential Job Functions:
Establish Control Budget through conversion of proposal estimate
Set up Cash Flow plan / Progress Baseline/Manpower plan / Tax Plan include export VAT rebate etc based on project schedule
Communicate baseline objectives to project team
Monitor project cost and progress which has been done and record into Project Control System
Forecast and analysis project trend of Cost / Cash Flow / Progress / Manpower/Currency Exchange Rate etc
Early identification of adverse conditions or trends in Cost and remedial action to be taken
Perform Change Management, monitor and control defensive/offensive Claim and internal change request
Report project performance through our global standard cost and progress report
Daily work system is Oracle JDE / PFS (Project Forecast System) / Microsoft Office
Check the accuracy and completeness of project closing information in JDE/PFS
Assist to perform other financial interface related duties as assigned from time to time

Education and Experience Requirements:
University Degree, preferably in Accounting/Engineering/Project Management
At least 3 years working experience in Cost Control/Cost Accounting/Financial
Analysis/Project Management. Familiarity in project field is a plus
2+ years experience in international companies is preferred

Able to learn and adapt quickly
Good analytical skill
Able to communicate effectively
Team work spirit
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel spreadsheet
