JOB SUMMARY
The auditor works to improve supplier awareness, competence and status on the company Supplier Sustainability Principle by collaboration with supplier/internal co-workers and following the working procedure.
This includes the training to build the awareness and competence of supplier and internal co-workers, auditing to verify status, following up/supporting for continuous improvement, highlighting and escalating severe issues aiming for joint effort and solution, and contributing to the development of the Sustainable Logistics program
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (LIST IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE AND SUPPLY % OF TIME SPENT ON EACH)
? Plan and perform sustainable logistics audits in accordance with Audit Guidelines
? Use necessary data gathering methods to come to conclusions on findings and non-compliances and provide root cause analyses
? Perform in-depth individual and/or group interviews with both workers and management at the supplier
? Explain/present to supplier the findings in a clear and understandable way
? Develop auditing skills and techniques based on geographical risks and business environment
? Follow up, make verification and close the non-compliance issues
? Make recommendation and input to corrective action on the non-compliance issues
? Share “good practices in Sustainable Logistics” gained during the auditing process at different suppliers or operations sites to contribute to the continuous improvement
? Update the audit result and follow up progress and ensure timely and accurate information in relevant database
? Train supplier and internal co-worker to understand the McKesson Supplier Sustainability Principle and Sustainable Logistics Program
? Be an active part of the Sustainable Logistics Team and contribute to short and long term Sustainable Logistics Program development

? Drive for continuous improvement mindset and commitment with good communication and indirect leadership
MEASUREMENTS
? Audit quality and quantity
? Auditing skills including finding reality of the situation and root cause, creating comfortable atmosphere for supplier to talk, keeping supplier management motivated, explaining clearly, using appropriate auditing techniques and etc
? Effective communication, follow up and support on the corrective action and verification for the non-compliance issues
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
Education/Training
? Bachelors degree
Business Experience
? 5 years social compliance auditing experience
? Working experience in trading/purchasing firm is a plus
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
? Understanding and knowledge about applicable local law and international compact on Social Compliance
? Auditing and communication skills
? Understanding of related international management system/compliance standard (ISO 14001, SA8000, OHSAS18000 etc) is a plus
? Ability to work independently with “hand on” approach.
? High integrity, Firm and Fair
? Passion to travel and meet people
