职位描述

Job Summary:
1. Complete the working task in each phase/step according to the requirement of HR System development project.
根据人力资源系统开发项目工作的要求,完成各阶段工作任务。
2. Provide system support service in routine/urgent cases after the HR System go-live.
人力资源系统上线后,根据业务需求,提供常规或紧急情况下的系统支持服务。
3. Complete the other relevant support service that assigned by the supervisor.
完成主管交予的其他相关支持服务。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. In HR System Development Project, build and keep effective communication with all project members and relevant colleagues within Roche, in order to make sure the HR users and business users’ requirement will be reflected and confirmed in time.
在人力资源系统开发项目工作中,与项目组各成员及罗氏内部相关人员间建立并保持有效沟通,确保人力资源及业务用户需求得到及时反馈及确认。
2. Facilitate the requirement discussion among HR user and Business user. Work with Business Solution Consultant to prepare User Requirement and its updating when necessary.
推动人力资源用户及业务用户的需求讨论。与业务方案顾问共同准备用户需求说明书,及在必要时的变更。
3. Participate in drafting and maintaining project documents, and proper filing on-line and off-line, including, but not limited to, Test Handbook, Training Handbook, Training Presentation, User Handbook, FAQ, SOP, etc.
参与起草、维护项目文档,并妥善保管于线上及线下,包括但不限于测试手册,培训手册,培训讲义,用户手册,常见问答,标准操作流程等。
4. Facilitate and implement User Test, User Training and all other preparation before system go-live, which is based on the discussion with project team and supervisor.
基于与项目团队及主管的讨论,推动并实施用户测试、用户培训及系统上线前的所有准备工作。
5. Handle user issues through phone, email, face to face, etc. Revert and resolve issues in time according to SOP. Based on this, supply, adjust, update User Handbook, FAQ, SOP and other project relevant documents.
通过电话、邮件、面对面等形式受理用户问题(含1800热线),并根据标准操作流程给予用户及时反馈,解决问题。基于此,及时补充、调整、更新用户手册、常见问答,标准操作流程等项目相关文档。
6. Be responsible for the other working tasks to be defined and adjusted after system go-live.
负责项目上线后的其他待定或待调整工作。
7. Be responsible for routine system related jobs, e.g. data analysis, reporting analysis, system support, etc.
负责日常系统相关工作,包括数据分析,报表分析,系统支持等。
8. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
上级主管指派的其他项目
9. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动

Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree majored in Human Resources, Business Administration or relative major
大学本科,人力资源或工商管理等相关专业优先
2. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
4. Familiar with local labor law
熟悉当地劳动法律法规
5. 4-5 years working experience in Human Resources Department with a foreigner invested enterprise, meanwhile, proven 2-3 years’ experience in taking use of and developing HRIS
四至五年外资企业人力资源部相关工作经验,同时具备二至三年人力资源系统使用及开发经验
