职位描述

PURPOSE目的


The position is established within CFC department to handle equipment orders. This role actively participates in Order-intake processing for all responsible equipment orders and projects.



WORKING RELATIONSHIPS工作关系


直接汇报关系的上级职位: Sales support supervisor


对外关系: Keep in touch with internal sales & marketing team and external with dealers and I/E companies regarding order intake, contract and delivery issues, etc.



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责


1,Collect order-intake documents(including singed configuration,Contract Summary,bid win notice, commission form and related files)


2, Check the third party products,biding fee,commission and other reserved fees according to contract summary and bidding documents under the company guideline.


3, Prepare Pre-calculation and get approval from related manager and controller


4, Contact with I/E firm to negotiate the contract terms and conditions.


5, Check the L/C Application Form as per signed contract.


6, Transfer all qualified OIT files to order management team.


7, Fill in realtime and maintenance it accurate and in time.


8, Applicate VAT invoice for RMB contract.


9, Provide orders status report to sales area manager regularly.



MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战


1. Ensure all orders intake can be implemented smoothly and timely under the company guideline.


2. No audit issue, no sales over commitments


3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately with highly confidential information.



JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求


a) Education学历:


Bachelor Degree major in Finance, Accounting or Economy


b) Experience工作经验:


1-2-year experience in foreign trade related field.


c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:


·Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English verbally and in writing.


·Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PPT, etc.)


·Good communication & interpersonal skills


·With passion of serving customers, team working and highly responsible and loyal to the company.
