Implement to place medical system sales orders, and make sure that all orders can be timely and accurately processed, also gain high customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
1. Doing order entry within 2 days in SAP base on qualified Order Intake documents.
Ensure all SAP inputs are correct, complete and comply with OIT documents
2. Coordinate internal & external parties to get required document on time, e.g. L/C, import license
3. Schedule production and shipment base on commercial , customer , and project requirement, to make Just In Time delivery and minimize inventory
4. Arranging shipment which fully comply with L/C requirements, make sure no L/C discrepancy and payment can be collected smoothly.
5. Comply with export control regulation
6. Archive order records in e-system or hard copy as required
7. Provide order report & shipment info. to sales , customer and management team
8. Follow up with short shipment or damaged shipment cases, make sure customer is satisfied with both product and service
9. Meet personal KPIs
MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战
·To develop and maintain the relationship with I/E companies, Dealers, Enduser.
·To develop and maintain the relationship with Sales; Factories; F&A; OA; PM; CS…
·To make sure all operation steps are complied with company policies and requirements, able to show evidence in order file if applicable
·To make sure all key business control points are properly managed with reliable and practical way of management
·To get familiar with SAP logic and make sure all system entry are fulfilled correctly
JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历: Above college Degree in International Trade, Finance or Business
b) Experience工作经验: 1~2 Years experience in logistics management and have experience in working with the medical systems company is an advantage
c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
Personal Attributes
Self motivate and strong inter personal skills
Willing to work under pressure
Change management skills
Open Minded
Language ability:Good in written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Computer Literacy:Be familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
