工作职责
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
主要职责(核心功能)
● Provide Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIE) with various accounting-related services including but not limited to:
为外商投资企业提供关于会计方面的咨询服务,包括但不限于:
○ Ensure compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes and rules of accounting
确保符合中国现行法律,规章和会计制度,规定
○ Ensure bookkeeping, accounting and reporting is made in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.
按照国家会计制度的规定,记帐并制作财务报表
○ Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other documents of the clients
妥善保管客户会计凭证、帐簿、报表等档案资料
○ Assist the customers to improve internal capital / fund management, and provide proper consultancy related to the financial management of the clients
协助客户完善内部资金管理, 正确解答客户相关财务管理咨询
○ Regularly analyze and check accounting data, identifying and settling problems in a timely and accurate manner
定期分析检查会计数据, 发现并及时准确地解决问题
○ Attend the meetings with the potential international clients and present the services
参加与潜在的国际客户的会议并对所提供的服务进行介绍
○ Organize the technical trainings to the team members
为团队成员组织技能培训
○ Co-management of selected clients in second tier cities
辅助管理层对二线城市的客户进行筛选
○ Travel when necessary to offices located in GuangDong and FuJian provinces

● Provide services and advisory relating to taxation

○ Prepare and submit tax returns in time on behalf of the clients such as Individual Income Tax, Business Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.

○ Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks and CPA firms

● Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to ad-hoc projects for clients
参与为客户提供的财务及税务方面的临时性服务项目
○ Participate in the financial due diligence engagements

○ Support to the business development and the presentation activities in the relation to the implementation of new company business lines and services related to various ERP systems
支持有关ERP系统的推广及上线活动,支持业务发展及相应的演讲活动
○ Conduct financial internal review and develop techniques to analyze financial/operational performance results of potential targets companies

● Chase up CAS clients for outstanding receivables in an efficient manner

?Possession of certification as a middle level Chinese professional accountant is a plus

?4-5 years full-time related working experiences in Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises or similar role experiences will be a plus

?Experience of working in a manufacturing or trading environment and experience dealing with VAT refund is a plus
