I. Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）

Conduct function department, gain agreement from all stakeholders on project plan
Ensure planned project activities are executed timely and efficiently
Plan with internal and external department to meet current requirement in terms of timing , schedule and quantity
Study and monitor all project cost and investment to meet project targets
Ensure compliance to product quality plan to fulfill customers’ expectation
Lead, train & motivate project team members to enable them to achieve project objectives
Act as an account project manager for OEM / ODM suppliers to provide input on resource management for the product plan
Oversee and direct function managers in the execution of overall project plan
Ensure proper execution of project activities according to the project milestone checklist
Department Project Review – Expense / schedule / Cost / Quality / Data Analysis

Education/Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience（学历/技能/专业知识/经历）
University graduates in engineering discipline / Planning / Manufacturing related
English communication skills both on oral & writing ( best is both of English & Japanese).
3 and above experience in managing projects or products
Excellent in communication and advanced writing
Strong Excel skill – Visual Basic knowledge / Able to programming
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to handle changing priorities & tight deadline
