Duty & Responsibility
- assist and support the service team to maintain the customers successfully.
- Work with manufacturing and logistic dept.to provide customers with effective and excellent services.
- Responsible for various statistical reports as and when required.
- Responsible for reimbursement, customer file and other service documents management.


Requirements：
- College or above degree preferably Mechanical / Science course preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Putonghua.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit and sociable.
- Good communication skills.
- Diligent, disciplined.

工作职责：
——协助和支持服务团队采取一切手段来实现对客户的维护。
——与物流等部门为客户提供有效的和优秀的服务
——需要时提供各类分析报告
——负责报销，客户文件和其他服务文件管理。


任职资格：
——大专或以上学历,机械/理工科专业优先。
——英语及普通话: 良好的口头和书面表达。
——优秀的微软办公软件应用技能。
——团队合作精神和善于交际。
——良好的沟通技巧。
——勤奋、守纪律。
