职位描述
Project Engineering Manager-APAC(Asia Pacific) 亚太区设备工程项目经理（负责亚太区9家工厂）
Accountabilities:
1． Efficient layout of assembly operations for project engineering team
2． Preparation of CapEx proposals for Guangdong/Jiangsu/Beijing/Sichuan site(9 Plant) including Project management, Equipment, Supplier management, Improvement and site facility maintenance, revamping etc.
3． Asset focal point keeping Maintenance assets in good condition.
4． Monitor and ensure the project delivery on time and RFT (Right at the first time)
5． Exploitation of any cross-company synergies, eg. in purchasing of equipment.
6． Comply with EHS requirements and regulation to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
7． Ensures that the technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
8． Develop and implement maintenance strategies and work processes aligned with site's manufacturing strategies & objectives.
9． Prepare annual plan for engineering activities in line with business requirements.
Job Competencies:
1． Outstanding engineering & industrial design ability
2． 10+ years experience in related industry, at least 5+ years in Engineering position
3． Deeply understanding for FMCG/Packaging industry, strong knowledge about the production process, equipment, product characters
4． Creative and positive attitude, overcomes obstacles, good at problem solving
5． Prepared to get involved, learn and apply knowledge and skills
6． Accurate, understands data, facts and figures; is able to distil complex data into useful information and conclusions
7． Strong communication and persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral in English
8． Critical and cost oriented approach
9． The preparation, coordination and control of the operating and Capital Expenditure for
10．Has a good sense of humor, able to put matters in perspective, prepared to acknowledge own mistakes and shortcomings and ensure that he/she and others learn from them
11．Ability to Multi Task is essential
12．Manages records concerning all functions of assigned work
Background Requirements:
1． Bachelor degree at university, and major in mechanism, automation or project management related
2． Good background knowledge of equipment, mechanism and automation
3． Experience for project management and better for global project management
4． Knowledge of some project engineering management tool, EWP, GSUM, CPS control etc.
5． Strong background in FMCG/Packaging industry, understanding the process, equipment and project character
6． Fluent in English and Chinese
7． Strong communication and influence within team and cross the function inside and outside
