职位描述
Job Scope:
- Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution
- Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination, including the distribution of refreshments
- Responsible for maintaining telephone registers
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the front office/ reception area - clean and presentable at all times
- Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements
- Assist in the general daily administrative running of the office
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned o Contribute information of inclusion in the Monthly Report
- Assist with arranging for cover during periods of Annual Leave
- Ensure clean pantries and the proper monitoring of stocks and regular re-filling of supplies
- Organize mails as per agreed process
- Liaison with courier companies on mail matters
- Utilize the systems to effectively manage contractors and report on their performance
- Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines/ brochures and directory signage
- Co-ordinate medical and dental claim forms
- Assist in the management of conference and meeting rooms
- Co-ordinate with local office events
- Co-ordinate the printing of business cards
- Be punctual to work
Competency Criteria:
- 0.5 year experience working in admin or receptionist related area
- English speaking and writing skill.
- Good Chinese Mandarin
- College or above
- Skill for MS office (Word and Excel)
