KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
- Execute marketing communications activities independently to local business teams (as work assignment) to promote products/applications for business team
- Product advertisement
- Product brochures ( incl. design, adaption, printing
- Support and implement organization of tradeshow fairs & exhibitions
- Support and implement organization of technical seminar/conference
- Responsible for product specific products/application website
- Definition and procurement and administration of business gifts
- Propose, reconcile and administrate marketing communications plan, budget for BT
- Support BT’s with promotion activities during events of branch associations ( e.g. delivering speech, seminar, setting up booth, prepare promotion materials)
- Capable to make budget and time control during marketing communications activity implementations as per assigned BTs
- Responsible for the quality control on the marketing communications services to the assigned business teams during the implementation and make contributions on operational effectiveness improvement process based upon the evaluation
- Assist Marketing Communications Manager in optimizing the overall marketing communications platform ( in terms of message, target, budget, plan, competitor tracking and etc.) to meet company business development need

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
- Bachelor degree above and major in Marketing is preferred;
- 5+ working experience with 2+years professional experience in marketing communication or related fields
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and computer skills
- Strong sense of business ethics and team work
- Proactive and supportive working attitude, can work under pressure, down to the details and independently
- Sound interpersonal & influence competency, aggressive, cheerful, and creative
