工作描述:
- Complete order fulfillment process from order entry to shipment planning/service order input and invoicing customers
- Ensure timely input and accuracy of data for order processing, reporting and performance measurements
- Coordinate with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment (smooth delivery and credit controlling)
- Track the spare parts delivery schedule and feedback to customer / engineer with other inquire as well
- Provide sales & marketing support by request and respond to customers' inquiries.
- Receiving customer complains and tracking the results
- Dispatch service request to engineer and track to close
- Maintain customer & equipment master data
- Filing customer contracts, and relative documents
- Manage Local spare parts inventory and ensure the inventory accuracy
- Prepare and manage quotations by request
- Verify sales order / service contract according to policy before getting approval
职位要求:
- University / College graduated
- 2+ years customer service administration experience. Prefer in technical industrial product manufacturers or trading company
- Spare parts supplier chain and inventory management experience prefer
- ERP, SAP knowledge
- Strong PC skills and good on Excel
- Strong data analysis skill
- Fluency in English both in oral and written
- Patient & carefulness
