Job Descriptions:
- Process and track orders entry, status and product availability, follows policy to ensure accuracy in pricing during order entry to facilitate timely and accurate invoicing. Handle customer complaints and settle customer disputes.
全程跟踪订单的状态和产品可用性。依照价格政策以确保发票开出期间订单输入的及时行和准确性。处理客户投诉及处理客户纠纷。
- Builds positive rapport and maintains effective relationships with customers, anticipates customer requirements and integrates into supply chain practices.
建立于客户的积极沟通,并保持有效的合作关系,预见客户需求并反馈到物流操作
- Partner with sales support, plant and technical personnel concerning aspects of customer orders / inquiries and issue to provide superior service.
以销售、工厂和技术支持的合作伙伴身份参与管理客户的订单,并提供优质的服务
- Provide insight and suggestions on improving supply chain practices with the goal of improving responsiveness while minimizing system costs.
提供洞察力和建议以提高物流操作,以达到提高响应能力,同时减少系统成本的目标。
- Provide coverage for other ARs in their absence and maintain a logically organized work station to facilitate back-up coverage.
在其他客服同事缺席的情况下,提供支持,确保有条理的工作状态。
Job Requirements:
- 3 year of working experience in the area of customer services. Experience in logistics will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details
- Proactive & innovative in seeking alternatives
- Language : Fluent English and Mandarin and local dialects as appropriate
