工作描述
Office Maintenance:
- Seat assignment and update the new hire or move request into CenterStone
- Bi-weekly check for office cleaning job
- In charge of quarterly AC & air purifier filters and water dispenser cleaning
- In charge of carpet cleaning every six months
- Coordinate with landlord management for parking and elevator card application and other property issues
- Take care of meeting room usage, office supply and mailroom and security guards management
- Other ad hoc works may assigned by manager
Procurement:
- Purchase requests raising for facility spending in SH
- Purchase order releasing for assigned region according to procurement guidance
- Vendor creation and updating in SAP for AP region upon requirement according to procurement guidance
- Bank information creation for employees
- Other ad hoc purchasing may assigned by manager
职位要求
- College or university degree
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, good inter-personal
- Ability of MS Office
- 1 year experience and ability of SAP is a plus
