- Supporting a team for business management activities, as part of a close team of assistants for the region
- Managing diary requirements, including coordinating meetings and conference calls with other assistants/participants across multiple LOBs/locations
- Processing expense in accordance with policies and rules
- Travel bookings and logistics arrangements including itinerary, etc.
- Supporting senior visitors including logistical arrangements, coordinating their itinerary and offering necessary business and administrative during their visit
- Maintaining business related resources and requirements (can include card access/business plans/org charts/call trees/equipment inventory and recertification, etc.)
- Handling and coordinating confidential items with appropriate caution and sensitivity
- Helping handle governance matters (including audits, external inspections etc)
- Coordinating necessary administrative support to general business matters

Essential Skills/Experience
- 2 years in a similar role, supporting senior regional executives. Banking experience desirable
- Excellent organizational, coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure
- A team player able to support business needs together with peers
- Attention to detail
- Committed in approach and flexible attitude towards working requirements
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Comfortable to work in multi-national/cultural environment
- Looking to thrive in a challenging and high paced growth business
- Computer Software Packages/Skills
- MS Application Suite - Advanced
- Typing speed - min. 60 wpm
- Preferred Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in the Financial Industry (or similar) environment a plus
Education / Professional Qualifications (e.g. degree, CPA, etc.)
- College diploma a plus

- Proficiency in English essential, other languages a plus
