Job Objective
- Ensure the maximum assistant and secretarial duties are provided in an efficient and confidential manner and make the business operations process orderly and effectively.
- Ensure actively working together with all business partners to ensure business operation smoothly.
- Organize and support all kinds of events or meetings. Prepare program budgets, facilitate several programs around the conference/congress, control inventory, handle logistics and interviews and supervises employees.
- Cross-functional capability. Co-ordinate with other support staff to ensure smooth implementation of functional activities.(Fin, SC, HR, Admin)
Key Result Areas

Knowledge & Experience:
- Secretary to VP or Director: 3 years secretarial experience in multinational companies.
- Others: 1-2 years secretarial experience

- Good people skill: polite, convince others, respect for others
Functional Skills:

- Typically follows set procedures but may deviate from procedures and schedules when necessary.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- College diploma in Administration or English
Language Requirements:
- Good oral and written English
