职位描述
Key Accountabilities:
? Staffing and Recruitment
- Recruitment support for sales professional and office general staff positions.
- Co-ordinate internal job postings, advertisements and agency referrals.
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining all Job Descriptions
- Responsible for hiring process and communication with candidates and functional heads.
- Administer correspondence to candidates via iRecruiter(ICIMS) or other channels if received.
- Provide monthly recruitment updates, headcount and turnover analysis report.
- Track recruitment related costs and provide ad hoc reports/statistics to support departmental goals and initiatives.
? Employment Management
- Responsible for new hires documentation (employment contract, certificate, reference check etc)
- Collaborate with cross-function on necessary business setup for new hires (business account and system accesses, workplace, etc)
- Maintain personnel folders and keep PeopleSoft (HRIS) updated and accurate
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain all exit interview data for analysis.
- Identify and respond to trends within client groups through conducting exit interviews and analysis of results.
- Using multiple sources (PeopleSoft, exit interviews, performance management etc.) collect and analyze data to identify work place trends and workforce attributes.
? HR Projects Support and Cross-function Collaboration
- Support HR projects – China Payroll system pre-launch data collection, report template standardization and summarization
- Assistance to internal communication and HR projects related translation
- Support HR project logistics and scheduling
- Other assignments to better support business needs
Primary Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline
? 5 years HR Generalist experience, solid experience in recruitment function is preferred
? Experience in a retail environment, FMCG or high-end retail industry is preferred
? Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other HRIS or online recruitment system.
? Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
? Competent at establishing and maintaining relationship at all levels.
? Proficiency of English in both written and spoken.
? IT literate with a strong proficiency in MS Office.
? Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
? Drive for achievement, flexible and adaptable.
? Well organized; self starter; strong initiative; calm demeanor (volume and timelines).
