Key Responsibilities:
-Champion HR Operation affairs including payroll and benefits/staffing process and data reporting relevant affairs
- Assist on Employee Relations management, including external labor environment scanning, ER Workshop preparations, etc.
- Help with Morgan China Union daily operations
- Coordinate Ad Hoc HR projects and activities, such as Annual Party, Family Day, etc.
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years HR operation experience. Bachelor degree or above in related field is preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication ability and interpersonal skills
- Project Management skills
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Being able to work effectively under pressure
- Being self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve results
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details, and ability to maintain confidentiality
