职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities: (role within group / projects within group)
- Collect, Format, Cleanse, Standardize, Catalog, Analyze, Publish Global Procurement Data, set up information warehouse
- Provide Purchasing Data Analytics Services to internal company stakeholders, including purchasing spend analysis, business forecasting, external price bench marking etc.
- Support Contract audit and recovery pilot
- Identify and validate the savings through contract audit and price harmonization
- Partnership with Category council to support category strategy development
- Cost modeling and Supply Intelligence service for various commodities/categories
- Develop dashboard on key categories and price benchmark
- Develop new capability to service trading excellence and collaboration hosting
Scope of Position:
- This role will support the strategic cost management activities for SMSC globally
- This role may involve supplier interaction and collaboration or support thereof.
- Functional reporting to Head of Value Optimization Service Owner
- Local reporting to Transformation Manager in Singapore
- Significant interactions within Global Supply Management and with Shared Services Team
- The role will develop and drive procurement analytic strategies around various strategic sourcing units globally
Responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree of Science
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement/ supply chain domain
- Experience analyzing reports and interpreting data
- Fluent in English
- Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills
- Strong analytical, and evaluation skills
- Ethical and acts with integrity
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to Strong Database Skills (Microsoft Access)
