职位描述

Introduction:
We will train ambitious and talented individual to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development programme. The programme is to develop the individuals for the future leadership role in all functions, including Business Development, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Services & Solutions, etc .

How I can grow with this programme:
- The Management Trainee Program is 24 months long consisting of four learning programme modules
- You will be rotated every 8 months to three different positions including Business Development, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Services & Solutions, etc
- During the programme, you be required to complete courses/programs that cover logistcis foundation, business knowledge, technical and soft skills, as well as leadership foundations, etc.
- During this programme, you will receive coaching and mentoring from our senior management team
- At the end of the program you will apply for any position based on a combination of your personal preferences and business needs

The MT Program is demanding and you will constantly be faced with new challenges. Throughout your career, you may also have the opportunity to work in diverse businesses or locations locally, regionally or internationally.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor degree with 1-3 years’ working experience
-Good executive presence and strong leadership qualities
-Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin
-Positive and results oriented
-Committed and self motivated individual who believes and will drive for excellence
-Geographically mobile and willing to travel extensively within China
