职位描述
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Be responsible for HR daily operation works:
a) Process China payroll accurately and timely by working with external vendor Fesco and internal finance team, including payslip generation and IIT consulting assist if need
b) Manage China benefit program by working with vendor, Shanghai Fesco and Guangzhou Fesco
c) Update the HR admin system (X-Rite portal webadmin and myDanaher) timely and accurately for APAC associates
d) Maintain the annual leave records and report on the quarterly basis for HK/SEA/PRC
e) Follow up with the compliance training status in APAC
f) Assistant on DHR training coordination among X-Rite and DHR
g) Assist on associates’ visa application and invitation letters for visitors from EMEA/USA
h) Work on monthly HR required reports, such as monthly DHR China h/c report
i) Be responsible for APAC new hire on board preparation such as email account application, laptop & stationary coordination and orientation/introduction plan
2. Be involved and manage the recruitment process for entry and middle level positions:
a) Work with line managers to draft the position description statement and get approval for the hiring requisition form
b) Communicate and Coordinate with China recruiter for the position details and candidates’ must
c) Proactively search from the job board to look for possible candidates online
d) Be responsible for the first prescreen interview and provide feedback
e) Be able to work with recruiter for from the job debriefing and search request until the offer negotiation
3. Job functions included but not limited to those listed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or any related filed
2. Have at least 2-3 year relevant HR experience, especially in C&B or recruitment, in multinational company
3. Have experience to work with people from different nationalities will be a plus
4. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill in both Chinese and English
