Job Purpose
The Campaign & Promotion, Senior Manager will focus on developing, implementing and leading campaigns and promotional plans to build E-Commerce business (Direct-to Consumer and Licensees’ E-Commerce) in Greater China. He or she will be the primary driver to increase awareness, traffic and purchase intent on E-Commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute campaign and promotion strategy resulting in maximizing traffic and purchase intent of targeted consumer segments on E-Commerce in Greater China
? Develop strategic alliance and campaign with key platforms (e.g. Tmall, 360 buy, Dangdang, Amazon) to maximize exposure of Disney E-Commerce and to drive traffic of targeted segments from Tmall to related E-Commerce Stores
? Develop, manage and co-ordinate xLOB and licensees promotional campaign in order to grow E-Commerce business
? Provide guidance and advice to licensees’ and E-Tailers in order to align consistency and optimize user experience on related E-Commerce space
? Work with research and data analytic executives to measure effectiveness of the product promotional campaigns, to improve the campaigns and to gain consumer insights on online shopping
Requirements
Education:
? Relevant degree in marketing or related field in university;
Experience:
? 4-5+ years experience in promotions, campaigns, product launch promotion, marketing forMNC
? Proven experience in driving awareness, traffic & purchase intent on digital platforms in China
? Proven experience in driving E-Commerce campaigns and promotion is a plus
? Proven experience in working in dynamic, cross-cultural team
? On-going sharing of E-Commerce best practice with licensees and internal teams (PS:该职位一定要有天猫线上推广运作经验)
