Interaction with Stake-holder:
Work closely with HRBP, HR operations team, RPO on-site team and external search firms including headhunters, external job boards
Major Responsibilities:
- E-recruitment channel management including online job posting & maintenance, Coordinate advertising placement in an effective manner, manage the effective use of external job boards;
- Candidate sourcing, online CV screening and data mining from external job boards;
- Conduct 1st round phone interview to understand the candidate's motivation and value;
- Talent database consolidation & maintenance from different channels (e.g. headhunter, RPO, internal referral, e-recruiting, mail application);
- To ensure recruitment operation effectiveness:
- Monthly Payment check & settlement;
- On-board physical check follow-up;
- Interview coordination & facilitation;
- Online assessment set-up for candidates and report collection for HRBP or relevant stake-holders;
- To be the key contact window for internal referral, collecting application forms, maintaining internal referral tracking record, conducting the bonus pay-out to qualified referrals;
- To track statistic and prepare periodic report of recruiting activity
- To facilitate communications with RPO on-site team on daily operations (e.g. job posting update, interview logistics, health check)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2+ years’ related recruitment experience in luxury or FMCG industry or search firms
- Ability of dealing with multiple tasks at one time
- Self-organized with strong sense of planning
- Good communicator
- Quick learner
- Good at excel, sensitive to data
