职位描述
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Office facility maintenance
2.General Manager and other colleagues trip arrangement (visa, tickets, room booking)
3.Dustman management/shuttle bus arrangement .
4.Office front desk security and office safety program support
5.Handle photocopying, faxing, drafting forms, reports and general correspondence.
6.Collect and maintain accurate data to prepare various reports and statistics as needed.
7.Set up and maintain an efficient office file storage/retrieval system for managers, and file correspondence and business documentation as needed.
8.Perform, compose and design general correspondences, charts, meeting notes tables, graphs, presentation materials and reports, etc and maintain distribution lists for the group.
9.Handle and prioritize internal and external documents and mails; distribution of reports and other outgoing correspondence.
10.Answer telephone, screening callers and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently when management is not available or out of office, relaying messages, greeting visitors
11.Other Adm. support
12..Any other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.College graduate majoring in English, Secretary or Business Admin.
2.Strong sense of responsibilities and nice personality
3.Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
4.The incumbent should posses' effective English skill in both written and oral in addition to a full knowledge of Mandarin.
5.At least 1-year's working experience in related field
