职位描述
Main Duties / Responsibilities
" Provide pre-sale support in generating quotes and proposals for small book rated groups
" Take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met
" Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team by ensuring that all new business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner
" Identifies improvements to prevent issues from re-occurring.
Education/Professional Qualifications Required
" University or college education required
" English language competency
" PC literate - Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience Required
" Fluent in Mandarin and English
" Experience in a team environment.
" Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities (working under pressure)
" Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred (not essential)
Skills
" Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, verbal & written
" Influencing and negotiating
" Capable of prioritizing workloads in order to meet tight deadlines
" PC Skill (Excel, Word and Power Point)
" Interpersonal skills/telephone manner
" Self motivated
" Team spirit, ability to take ownership, work with efficiency, detail oriented
